Born and raised in Mont-Tremblant, Ann brings over 20 years of experience in Laurentian real estate sales. As a chartered broker, she has pursued the highest level of industry training to ensure seamless, well-managed transactions for both buyers and sellers.

Before transitioning into real estate, Ann worked as an account director at an advertising agency, where she managed major resort and real estate development accounts. She also served as Group Sales Manager for Tremblant Resort. Her background includes strategic planning for communications, marketing and sales campaigns, as well as product analysis and development.

 

Working alongside her partner Emma, Ann is committed to exceeding client expectations and delivering a smooth, professional experience from start to finish.

Emma Martineau was born and raised in Mont-Tremblant, bringing a deep-rooted knowledge of and passion for the region to her career. A fifth-generation resident and fourth-generation real estate broker in her family, she offers a rare blend of local insight and experience, along with a clear understanding of how to navigate each step of a transaction.

Prior to entering real estate, Emma gained valuable experience in marketing and sales while living in England for three years. After returning to Mont-Tremblant in 2017, she began working in an administrative role within a real estate team, where she developed a strong foundation in the industry. Encouraged to pursue her full potential, she obtained her real estate broker’s licence and transitioned into her current role.
